Corporate Records
Forest Hill Home Owners is an Ohio corporation that was formed in 1950. Our operations are governed by the associations articles of incorporation (sometimes known as a charter) and code of regulations (often referred to as bylaws). Under our code of regulations, area residents meet annually, usually in October or November, to elect our board of trustees (sometimes referred to as directors). The trustees meet at least twice each year, usually in the spring and fall. At each meeting of the residents and trustees the associations secretary or a person appointed to serve as the secretary for the meeting, keeps minutes of the proceedings.
