Year’s end financial statements are distributed to all residents attending the annual members’ meetings. Statements from previous years are available below:
2018 AUDIT
As reported in the Treasurer’s Report at the 2018 Members’ Meeting, the Executive Committee voted to perform an external audit of our 2018 financials, something that is not required by Ohio Law given the small size of our annual budget, but something that had not been done since 2002. Quotes from two major accounting firms were obtained and the firm of Hobbs and Lucas selected. The completed audit can be read HERE.
